Who we look after

Shared Water Has Higher Stakes

When a pool serves a hundred people instead of one family, downtime costs more and the standards are stricter. We work to that standard.

HOAs & Communities

Boards get predictable service, documented visits, and one number to call when residents ask questions.

Apartments & Property Managers

Multiple sites, one schedule, one invoice. We flag problems early so they never reach your tenants.

Hotels & Hospitality

Guests judge a property by its water. We keep it inviting and open through your busiest weekends.

Gyms, Clubs & Schools

Heavy bather loads need tighter chemistry and equipment that is watched, not just visited.

Why it pays to stay ahead

Small Problem Now, or Closed Pool in July

Every expensive shutdown we get called into started as something cheap that nobody caught. Prevention is the entire product.

Don't let a leak become a replaster

A slow leak undermines the shell, strains the pump, and ends as a resurfacing bill. Caught early it is a patch and an afternoon.

Don't let the heater blow a holiday weekend

Heaters fail under load, which means they fail when the pool is busiest. We check them before the season, not during it.

Do not let chemistry close the pool

Out-of-range water is the fastest way to a posted closure notice. Logged testing on every visit keeps it in range and on record.

Common questions

Commercial & HOA FAQs

Yes. Multi-site accounts run on one schedule with one point of contact and consolidated invoicing, which is how most of our property managers prefer to work.
Yes. Every visit is logged, and we can send the records to whoever needs them, whether that is a board, an owner, or a health inspector.
Account holders get priority in the repair schedule. Call (323) 986-6554 and tell us the pool is closed, and we will treat it that way.
Yes. Tile restoration is done by our own crews. Resurfacing and replastering are performed by our licensed partner contractor, coordinated by us so you still have a single point of contact.
It depends on pool size, bather load, equipment, and visit frequency, so we quote per property rather than publishing a rate. Tell us about the site and we will put a number in writing.
